KUALA LUMPUR, March 9 (Bernama) -- The immigration and army are encourage to use the forensic services provided by Kimia Malaysia especially in the area of DNA profiling, Science, Technology and Innovation deputy minister Datuk Kong Cho Ha said Thursday.
"I think more agencies can make use of the services provided by Kimia Malaysia," he told reporters after the accreditation award presentation to the Forensic Division of Kimia Malaysia by the American Society of Crime Laboratory Directors/Laboratory Accredication Board, here.
Currently, Kimia Malaysia is providing services to the Royal Malaysian Police, Fire and Rescue Services Department, Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs, Road Transport Department, hospitals and Customs.
