Why warning signs not put up at airports

Star: KUCHING: Airports in Sarawak have not put up signs warning travellers of the hand, foot and mouth (HFM) disease in the state.
Kuching International Airport manager Abang Abdullah Abang Joss said the airport had not received a directive from the Health Department on the matter.
The tourism industry here does not seem to have been affected by news on the HFM outbreak.
Harbourview Hotel sales and public relations manager Dorothy Ling said there had been no cancellations from guests, the majority of whom were from peninsular Malaysia.
Tour and travel company Suntravel's managing director Teresa Bateman-Dris said her clients were generally business people who did not travel with children.
