PUTRAJAYA, July 5 (Bernama) -- Malaysia is looking at the option of sending students to Poland to take up medical and science courses, and both countries may sign a memorandum of understanding to pave the way for the arrangement.
The matter was discussed by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi and his Polish counterpart Prof Marek Belka in talks at the Prime Minister's Office, here Tuesday.
Briefing reporters on the outcome of the meeting, Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Syed Hamid Albar said Malaysia was keen on sending students to Polish universities offering medical and science programmes with English as the medium of instruction.
