DOE: Air quality generally good

PETALING JAYA: Although the haze has returned to parts of Malaysia, the Department of Environment (DOE) said that 10 areas registered good air quality and the rest of the areas had moderate quality.
As of 11am yesterday, it said that only Port Klang registered unhealthy air quality.
DOE director-general Datuk Rosnani Ibarahim, in a statement, said that 94 hotspots were detected in Wilayah Riau, Sumatra, and 58 hotspots in West Kalimantan on Friday.
